Our search process follows a clear and structured flow from understanding the role to final selection and follow-up.
Phase I
Identifying Skill & Knowledge Valued in the Company
- Understanding client strategy, culture, pedigree, job specification, and roles and responsibilities.
- Involving the client to develop search strategy, including target industry sectors and companies.
- Developing a competency-based profile with agreement.
Phase II
Search, Identify and Assess as per the Profile
- Developing the initial list based on the profile through preliminary search.
- Assessing potential candidates through telephone, video conferencing, and personal interviews.
- Providing assessment reports of the confidential candidate for each qualified candidate with interviewing techniques.
- Candidates for recommendation are put through preliminary reference and antecedents checks.
- Optional use of behavior competencies profiling.
Phase III
Selection, Orientation, Induction & Follow-up
- In consultation with clients, we assess and review the candidates to assist in the selection process.
- Assist in structuring the compensation and benefit package.
- Provide counsel to both client and candidate when an offer of employment is made.
